Please bring minimum of 1 unwrapped toys to donate to bring a smile on a childs face this holiday season. Toy is highly encouraged, but not required. Please have your Phone (Selfie) Ticket or print out ticket ready upon entering the event to prevent traffic from backing up. (We highly recommend the phone selfie ticket option for the ease of it and to keep traffic moving quickly).
Upon Entry, each person will be given a hand band. You will get the track sticker by signing the track waiver at the Event tent at Turner Field. Please make sure this sticker is visible on top left of your winshield, and hand bands are on at all times. They serve as your ticket for entry to the Atlanta Motorsport Track. Once at the track please follow track guidelines.
Full event itinerary with timing will be emailed you within your ticket.

All participants under the age of 18 will need to have the Event Waiver Printed and signed by their parent or guardian.
NO ALCOHOL AT THE EVENT. You will be taken off the track if caught with alcohol or any illegal substance.
NO RACING BETWEEN CARS or BURNOUT or DRIFTING on Parade laps. You will be removed from the track for risking safety of others.
Please use trash cans, and restroom available at the track.

In consideration for your participation in Paul Walk/Roger Rodas Remembrance & Toys 4 Tots Charity Cruise, the individual, group, organization, business, spectator, or other, does hereby release and forever discharge Speed & Mischief, event affiliates, and sponsors , and its officers, board, and employees, jointly and severally from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims and demands for, upon or by reason of any damage, loss or injury, which hereafter may be sustained by participating in Paul Walk/Roger Rodas Remembrance & Toys 4 Tots Charity Cruise.
This release extends and applies to, and also covers and includes, all unknown, unforeseen, unanticipated, and unsuspected injuries, damages, loss and liability and the consequences thereof, as well as those now disclosed and known to exist. The provisions of any state, federal, local, or territorial law or state providing substance that releases shall not extend to claims, demands, injuries, or damages which are known or unsuspected to exits at this time, to the person executing such release, are hereby expressly waived.
I hereby agree on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, to indemnify Speed & Mischief, event affiliates, and sponsors, its officers, board and employees, joint ad severally from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims and demands for, upon or by reason of nay damage, loss or injury, which hereafter may be sustained by participating in Paul Walk/Roger Rodas Remembrance & Toys 4 Tots Charity Cruise.
I further understood and agreed that said participation in Paul Walk/Roger Rodas Remembrance & Toys 4 Tots Charity Cruise is not to be construed as an admission of any liability and acceptance of assumption of responsibility by Speed & Mischief, event affiliates, and sponsors , its officers, board, and employees, jointly and severally, for all damages and expenses for which Speed & Mischief, event affiliates, and sponsors , its officers, board, and employees become liable as a result of any alleged act of the Paul Walk/Roger Rodas Remembrance & Toys 4 Tots Charity Cruise participant.
